Shipping policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

UK Mainland:

Royal Mail Free Delivery - Available for all UK orders over £75, Up to 5 working days, during peak times this make take longer

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.95, Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, 3-4 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.95, Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked 1-2 working days

Royal Mail SD Next Day - £7.95 Monday - Saturday delivery, must be ordered before 3.30pm Monday - Saturday (Excluding Bank Holidays)

Royal Mail Express Free Delivery - Available for all UK Mainland orders over £200, Monday - Friday, 1-2 working days when ordered before 3.30pm

APC Express - £5.95, 1-2 working days when ordered before 3pm (90% of parcels are delivered next working day) (delivered Monday-Friday)

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & UK Islands:

Delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days

International Shipping

UPS - All overseas orders. Price will be calculated at the checkout. The price includes Duty and Taxes.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Tracking Information Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free standard delivery is available on UK orders over £75.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
