A. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, by holding the end of the end of the tape at your belly button and circling it around your back to the front of your waist (the tape should be snug, but not tight).
B. Actual garment measurement when measured from the bottom of the crotch (where the inseams meet), down the inside of the leg to the bottom of the leg hem.
C. Actual garment measurement across the bottom of the trouser hem, from one edge of the leg opening to the other.
